Who we are

Zyron (zyron.pro) is a tournament platform for Fortnite communities on Discord: a Discord bot and web dashboard for player verification, custom games, tournaments and leaderboards. Contact: support@zyron.pro.

Data we collect

• Discord account data — when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar and the servers you manage (Discord OAuth). We never see your password.
• Epic Games account link — when you verify, we store your Epic account ID and display name so servers can link Discord members to their Fortnite identity. We never receive your Epic password.
• Match statistics — if you or a teammate submit a Fortnite replay file (manually or through the optional Zyron Client), we extract eliminations, placements and match metadata to score tournaments. The raw replay file is discarded immediately after processing; the extracted statistics are automatically deleted after 30 days. The optional Zyron Client only transmits data during tournament matches you registered for — never during normal games.
• Server configuration — settings that server admins configure (roles, channels, tournament formats) and operational logs needed to run the service.
• Aggregate usage analytics — when you visit the website we record anonymous, aggregate counts of which pages are viewed and the coarse country, operating system, device type and browser of visitors, so we can understand where our users are and how the product is used. These are stored only as running totals — we do not store your IP address, and this data is not linked to your Discord or Epic identity.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: verifying players, hosting custom games, running tournaments and publishing leaderboards for the communities you take part in. We do not sell data, show ads, or share personal data with third parties beyond the platforms the service is built on (Discord and Epic Games, each governed by their own privacy policies).

Retention & your rights

Match statistics expire automatically after 30 days. Your Epic account link is stored until you unlink it or leave the community that created it. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time via support@zyron.pro or our Discord support server, and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data is stored on servers in the European Union with access restricted to the Zyron operators.

Zyron is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Epic account data is handled under the Epic Games privacy policy in addition to this one.
